Vintage style Miniature bear

Autumn

I bought this medium pile curly mohair and I just love the touch and the look of Autumn.

Got to sew the white linen dress for her, and added the sweetness of white lace.

She is in my bedroom now, something about her make me feel warm, kindness and trust.

Hallowen - Witch - Ghost - Pumpkins

Dressing up my animal girls for Halloween festive is fun, I sewn this dress for Jooles and I gave her a little ghost ( Japanese calls him a sunshine boy - teruteru bozu - to ask rain to stop).

I followed the instruction from the Zakka sewing book by Therese Laskey + Chika Mori.

The bottom part of the dress, I sewn 3 layers - tulle - cotton - lace fabric and the top bodice was lined.

The pumpkin is made from wool felt and tulle.

Jooles loves ballerina dance, she loves her tulle dress and has never forgot her crown.

I am inspired by my niece while she is in ballet class.

Bridesmaid Bear

Bridesmaid gift , flower girl.

All hand sewn, for special occasion.

I hand sew the bear using blanket stitches and back stitches, my bears will be in my and your treasury for generations.

For these little things, hand sewing is more practical than machine sewing.

I use medium pile mohair in ivory, it is very soft.
