In the dolls ' closet

I have 2 outfits for my dolls to share, I have made lots of them but just have only chance to snap shot these two photographs.

The bodice of the green dress is elasticated without sleeves, the cream jacket is lined and I sewn on raffle collar ( I am madly in love with ruffle). I hand sewn the sleeves and the body sides.

I love working with MODA cotton fabric, the texture is just right for making these little garments.

I am normally not a red person but could not resist these 2 fabrics, I use elastic in making dolls's outfit instead of buttons or velcro. It is easy to change the dolls clothing just pull up from the feet.

Finally, I am happy with my dollies project. I have spent timelessly designing doll face, I love my doll face to have neutral expression so the owner can make up the doll emotion oneself.

The dolls in this collection have slim arms and legs, the limbs are double stitched by hand and sit on their owns. The dolls come in fully removable outfits excepts under garments which I make with muslin.

The material for hair, the hair colour and style will vary with every doll making them one of a kind.

I also make lots of outfits and accessories. The owners either little ones or grown ups will enjoy to pick out clothes for their dolls, get them dressed, mix, match and share.

The dolls are listed in my another shop at etsy  name " dollsbyathi"
